Customers pay a subscription charge based on our Sustainable Energy Services agreement, which helps reduce their energy bills.

At the end of the term, they have the option to own the equipment. This means that the building is upgraded without any upfront costs, as well as ongoing maintenance charges. It’s a win-win situation for both the customer and the environment.
